Standing in the shadow of Lutterworth Hall and on the edge of the conservation area, Hall Cottages was certainly one of the most challenging projects. Partly in respect of the design and construction, but more in terms of challenging the buying public to consider a property that could not easily be pigeon-holed in the usual way. The emphasis was on using roof space and galleries to provide spacious, open plan, flexible accommodation with few of the rooms having obvious labels. This was once again a project where many reclaimed materials were used to great effect and the "what was it before" question was asked by several purchasers. Hall Cottages can be found be leaving the town centre via High Street, going down the hill, and turning right at the bottom of the hill into Woodmarket.
