If we develop a precious site, we want the landowner, neighbours, our purchaser and anyone who might be affected by what we do, to feel confident that if it had to happen, then the result is the best that anyone could hope for.
How do we get such great locations? It’s all down to you…. Landowners are often very concerned about their reputation when passing on a precious peace of land for development. Land that may have been in a family’s ownership for generations, tended and cared by them, is suddenly passed to a developer. Walrus and TL84 have a reputation and track record in developing sympathetically and responsibly. We know that by building beautiful homes and working with our location and not against it, we enhance a location.

The Walrus Projects team is headed by Chris Freeman, who in spite of his background and family having many links with the building industry, spent many years in the textile industry and could so easily have been a pirate radio DJ.
Instead, and undoubtedly adding a much needed refreshing twist to the business of property development, Chris formed Walrus Projects in 1994 initially working out of a spare bedroom at home and now forging ahead in unique fashion with a multi-million pound turnover, developing some of the most precious sites in the county.

Our sites aren’t large, usually no more than 8 properties. With a real sense of intimacy, community, quality and flair. Our clients share our enthusiasm for what we do; they’re looking for something that’s not offered by the main stream builders…………We’re not mainstream.

Caroline house has been established to offer premium quality rental property. All our properties have been developed using the same team that works within Walrus and TL84. Our properties have the same imaginative flare and levels of quality and design that you will find in any of our bespoke building projects.
Attention to detail is our watch word, whether it is the welcome pack you receive when you first rent one of our properties or the maintenance, care and cleanliness we take over our properties. Or the fantastic locations close to local facilities, shops, and banks. The secure parking and internal security offer privacy and confidence for all our tenants.
Caroline House has begun to developing a ‘services portfolio’ which it offers to its tenants as an optional value added service. Such as laundry collection, cleaning, and incentives and discounts with local stores and services……………… All just part of what makes us different from the rest.
